3 Yogic Practices included in the workshop:
Angamardana: Dynamic standing postures to build strength, stability, and flexibility while activating the muscles, organs, joints, and ligaments.
Nadi Shuddhi Pranayama: A yogic breathing technique to calm the mind, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve focus and clarity.
Chit Shakti Meditation: A guided practice for mental balance, inner calm and creativity.
12 years and up! (Min 8 years old if mentally mature.)
