I have taken hatha yoga sessions by Hanahatha Yoga, Jean was my instructor. My experience of the sessions has been awesome, I got the opportunity to learn classical hatha yoga. Yoga has been in such a way that every minute I have spent learning it was a pleasant experience. The minutest aspects of yoga have been taught that even a beginner can easily understand and learn quickly. Jean was all ears to listen to our questions and helped clarify our doubts. The advantage of Hanahatha is that they offer review sessions as well so that we can go back and correct our postures. For me personally these review sessions of Angamardana and Yogasanas helped a lot to get back to the practice and correct my postures which I had deviated from. I highly recommend taking up these classical hatha yoga programs offered and bring a new dimension in your life.
