Angamardana invigorates the body in a big way. At the same time, it brings about balance and stability. The Children’s program will introduce kids to the 4 series of Angamardana, including Standing, Squatting, Sitting, and Lying Down processes. After they’ve established these series through regular practice, they will have the opportunity to go further into Angmardana by learning additional practices.
